Eirene is the goddess of Peace, the daughter of Zeus and Themis, Titaness of Justice. She is one third of the Horae, the Law and Order goddesses which included Dike and Eunomia. She is known as the protector of Tranquility.

Eirene is able to turn into her Roman counterpart, Pax. As Pax she becomes more disciplined, militarists and warlike.
